I understand your concern. I did a lot of L4L and C4C with other football pages (some of which had 100-600k followers) for making my videos go viral. Only followers I have are the ones who have found my page either through explore page or hashtags, except some other football pages of course.

My Instagram page you mean? I just post Football videos I know people like and then doing like4like and comment4comment with other Football pages. Nothing other than that :)
