It's a business opportunity so treat it that way.
YouTube is your customer and YouTube's users are consumers of your content.
Satisfy both and you'll do fine
Anything that lowers the barriers to entry into a market will, all other things being equal, increase competition.
And this then becomes your opportunity to raise the barriers to entry by outcompeting the new and existing entrants
Hi Guys,

Niche right down and put your own stamp/ slant on the content.
Lives, including mistakes/ errors to show you are human rather than prerecorded, sharing part of your life etc. People will buy into you rather than your content.
Ps Long term may have shrunk to what I would have called short term...
Evergreen niches that match your persona.
Your audience must be able to relate to both the niche and the person talking about it e.g. Retirment savings ideas are better spoken about by a senior rather than a teenager (all other things being equal)
Have a solution to a problem that people are willing to pay money to have solved.
Present that solution to the people experiencing the problem.
Sell, tweak and repeat.
I'd say build your brand, personal or business, over and above the "what you do" as this may provide one of the most defensible moats in an AI dominated world.
Thanks for the share :)
What is needed, imo, is a true ai video clone that mimics a users actions and voice.
What we are seeing now is okay, but is immediately detectable as fake.
I'll keep looking.
