Twitter. Get a nice amount of accounts, promote them a bit and then start publishing niche-related articles. Popular bands should work, everyone likes to hear about Bieber getting his ass kicked or One Direction splitting apart. "One Direction goes five directions" should be catchy lol.

Sounds about right, maybe a bit low. Have in mind that most users are on mobile, so it's best to give them viral content, nothing too complicated. Galleries such as MyLikes works good. :)
