It depends on your niche. If you are trying to rank your video on popular keywords then it's not going to happen even with the best video in the world. You need views/traffic for that. -

Do they strike you only if you have monetized a video? I had 50+ videos blocked worldwide but none of them received any strikes (none of them were monetized).
