I would recommend them buying from @Nargil , it will save you time and most likely money. All the expired domain websites are pretty much a waste of time. (I'm not affiliated with nargil)

Oh btw there was another thread like this made 1-2 weeks ago where a lot of people were noticing serp drops. This can't be a coincidence right?

I have the same problem where KW's get knocked down even further to 40+... I have no clue what is happening, I even lowered density to 0.7 , changed some other on site stuff and added some backlinks for the offpage. Nothing is helping for now... I'm actually going to try to over optimize some...

If anyone is interested in a JV to try to this method out in the Belgium (EU) market where there is no real competition then let me know.
