I have used FCS for my tier1, however I've got the most of my tier1 suspended. I built my tier1, leave it 1 week and then started tier2 with GSA SER and spun content from SCM. I guess the suspension is due to the tier2, how many submissions/day per url would you suggest to avoid these suspensions?
