I use Semi Automatic Torrent Uploader - works great plus it's cheap! As a tip i recommend a good internet connection and a good proxy lists or else you will get banned very quickly!

Just google "torrent uploader" I use semi automatic torrent uploader which came out with a new version. It seems to be the only software I can find that is still being updated. All the other ones don't work and don't get updated, plus they are expensive. good luck.
