Those who are happy with FL monthly charge, don't get what we are actually complaining about. Obviously everyone here would be happy to support a better software with better customer support, but that's not what they are selling to us. To me it would be not as bad If this monthly payment...

I still can't believe they are trying to pull this move. We won't believe they can't keep with the service as it has been for years, just after their biggest competitors shut down. They have more customers than ever and just want those extra $$$$. Will also open a case through PayPal.
