I got one question here, a visitor directly goes to Amazon through google search and browse some products and few minutes later he visits my site, click on my affiliate link and go to amazon again and purchase something. will i still get the commission?

NO, google can never ever see your MAC id but if you install activeX ,then the situation is different...but google check your browser fingerprint very seriously to check your identity.
