I think there is no way to resolve this. You should remove any agressive SEO and SPAM technique and wait about 2 or 3 months. There is a small change that Bing will start indexing your sites again. But I think they are lost forever. You better set up new pages.

thanks for the interesting comment. where did you get this information from? Cause I think this is what has exactly happened to my pages. Someone bombed them with fake organic traffic and kicked them out of the index. Now I just have to bomb my competitors with fake organic traffic to kick them...
