Why you do not order real prepaid cards like QCK card, or Veritas card? It is easiest way to withdraw your money or pay online. If you have mailbox with any name, you can get completely anonymous card with bank account.

If you have many hosted domains, use GoDaddy. They have two buggy day on last two years, but 99% of uptime works well. If you bind 10 domains into 1 hosting you'll have it for $0.70 monthly.
