Use social media to talk about these things. Over time you'll build trust and followers. Maybe try to approach some blogs or websites to write for them and try to earn some money. What I do is I approach websites using contact info on their webpage if I can't find any contacts use lead gen tools...

IMHO posting regularly and high-quality content helps you grow. A year ago very few acc did it (I mean taking into consideration Instagram has a billion active user), but now it seems everyone is joining the follow/unfollow club.

It's getting out of hand. Every morning I wake up to 15-20 new followers with a huge smile on my face thinking that my hard work is paying off. But a day or two passes by and my followers starts to drop. Don't you think Instagram should take some serious action to stop that s..t?

If you're a one men army you have to do a bit of both, otherwise, it's not going to work. Or maybe outsource one of two. I personally prefer link building since it's less time consuming
