on main SB screen press Manage button -> Harvest proxies aaand there you go! You got default lists from SB listed as grey and You can add other lists pressing "Add source".

You can use public proxies. SB will harvest them for you & check them. You can even add you own lists from web. I bought SB licence almost month ago and I really like it. Its worth the money you pay.
