I got a popular account where i share adult humor, after i got this ban i removed everything x labelled, i stop interacting for a while, im verified acc, i tried changing nickname, literally tried everything that is said online but it's still here

Not even lower numbers like 20-30? cause being in hot section is crucial

I'm using upvote bot sites but i dont do extreme number, it worked great for me for months but i got two ban in two months I got 3 and 7 days vote manipulation ban and next is perma ban. How to avoid it? I'm doing 70 upvotes in a hour at max. What would you suggest? Thanks in advance
