is jarvee still working ?
I actually use Jarvee with 1.000 Twitter accounts. It is working fine. Haven't tried it yet with other Social like Facebook or Instagram.- PC Lab

Mother/Child Proxies
I recommend 4G proxies. They can rotate maybe every 5 minutes or 10 minutes (depends on you) that way manage different accounts with only one proxy.
