I recommend using VideoCents. They provide search volume, tags, titles, etc.

BONUS.. Use this method and add a YouTube keyword tool. I use VideoCents(not sure of others out there). And get the tags that the top 20 videos are using along with the search volume for the keywords that you should target.

To your question about hosting and domains. I've been satisfied with Linode for hosting and Dynadot for domains. Linode is unmanaged, so it will require some linux knowledge.
