The main issue these days is actually the pages getting restricted. BMs and profiles are relatively easy to sustain/remake but the page bans are constant and appeals fail about 95% of the time. Any tips on this?

You can setup all your pixels on a "host" BM and share the pixels to the ad accounts (on other BMs) that are actively running ads. That way your host will never get banned and if the BM running ads get banned you simply share the same pixel from the host to a new BM.
