I agree. Tumblr is sensitive for monetizing it and it's a chance that sooner or later they will ban you but hopefully they will ommit you some way.

The safest way is doing everything by yourself. ;) But anyway, don't expect anything special by 30 $. I'll give you a tip: Look for services which are not saturated and not famous among thousands of users because they are always the least effective.
