They can tell by matching the raw video data. If you convert the videos to another format and re upload they will have no idea.

Wouldn't recommend them, I ordered 100 yt accounts last saturday and still nothing. Asked for an order update yesterday and was ignored. Apparently he just resells accounts so I don't know why It takes so long. Edit: He got back to me, I guess they are having issues.
