There obviously has been some sort of change for ranking youtube vids in the google SERP, a few of my videos vanished in google, but still in youtube, so there has been some sort of adjustment.

Is it possible This is happening because of The quality of the back links we are throwing at the videos? Perhaps now Google is getting wise and making algorithm adjustments directed at youtube videos...what is strange is that some of my videos still rank but some are not ranking.

I think what you posted was very beneficial...other Youtube gurus claim that if a video is not currently ranking its not possible to rank...so i never bothered attempting to rank high competition videos, but now you have given me the motivation to give it a try!
