Same issue. Except it applies with every other YouTube service. If you try to get 20 likes (minimum), it will deliver 200. If you ask for 1000 views, it will deliver 10k. It's extremely overdelivering. Still happens today.

I am also concerned about this. All are gone and no updates on what's going on with them.

Same. Except when I went through support, they had to fix it manually. However further orders just freeze up or are coming in extremely slow.
