Well that sucks. I do not trust Luminati anyways. I wonder if other popular residential proxy providers could have such an agreement with google. Also I would be concerned if using a website with the google recaptcha while on Luminati proxy. Some more reason to not use them.

Which european country do you need exactly? I found icedoutproxies offering UK proxies, but I don't understand their pricing. I also don't know if the proxies they do offer are dedicated or not. If anyone knows, please let me know.

Are you still looking to monetize your proxies? I may have a method that would be suitable only for the kind of proxies you have. You stated they are expensive proxies, so I assume they are not IPv6 proxies, right?
