Definitely, I noticed that an anchor keyword I abused going to a specific page went out of the SERPs while others are still looking okay, albeit they went down by between 4 and 8 rankings. I used the same methodology for links over my site with changes in diversity here and there.

Has anyone seen what kind of movement we can expect for a 6month old site using this service?

Don't be in haste to get them disavowed, some directory sites will register your sites like that and make them look like some sort of spam. Check the anchor text of all of them, but I don't think you have anything to worry about 'cos it's just a few hundred backlinks and not thousands...
