It's the reasonable market price especially if you are happy because it's difficult to find good people. Obviously, it's expensive if ROI gonna be less.

I know, it's not easy but keep trying outreach even if you get 0.1% response because that way you can get some work. Other things you can do is, continue scraping some useful data and distributing that as Freebies. It will take time but they will find you.

The better way is to ask companies what they need.
