Again I pretty much agree with you except for the comment about inflation. To my understanding, inflation is caused directly by central banks increasing the supply of money in the economy causing its purchasing power to decrease. I believe all Western countries have a central bank in operation...
I agree with the gist of what you're saying although I'm not familiar with UK taxation practices and how that affects investing decisions (I'm a Yank from across the pond).
However I'm not sure it's wise to assume that one million dollars will always grow faster than inflation or that inflation...
Adding a blog to a dropshipping site is necessary if you're on Shopify or a similar platform, correct? If you're on Ebay or Amazon the traffic of course is already there.
Although you can pay the bills on 40k/year again it unfortunately shows that one million today doesn't buy that much. It would be better to have at least 2-3 million. I sometimes think society is deteriorating to the point where eventually you'll need to be a millionaire just to be middle-class.
It may be that more than few of the members aren't familiar with them. They were something of a one-hit wonder back in the 90s. And I hate that I'm old enough to remember that.
1) What does "AM" mean? "Amazon Merch" perhaps?
2) By "easiest" I was referring to the Shopify/Aliexpress/FB ads approach that some of the "gurus" advocate relative to other ways of dropshipping. I should've been more clear when I first made that comment.
