The key is to write interesting articles so that your site gets picked up from other sites/blogs and you get free backlink from them.

Those are pretty nice domain names. If you can find someone who wants to start a business in that niche, then you can probably make some money there.
Otherwise, with no traffic or backlink, it's useless.

Okay, Im trying with a .com domain now but I need it to rank in my country. The keyword for example is weight loss products. Should I add 'weight loss products in country' or just 'weight loss products' but put country name in title and description?
