I have a few nooby questions about this method and I'd really appreciate it if someone could help me out. Do I need domain privacy for the domains I'm redirecting and also my money site? Is it alright for the redirected domains to be on the same host or do I need a separate host for each one...

I want to try this method, but I'm kind of at a standstill. I've been accepted into a few affiliate programs and some them want to know about my traffic before allowing me to use the PPL programs. I honestly don't know what to tell them.
