DCA into quality is the most successful strategy most people can do. Unfortunately, besides BTC, quality has been hard to find over the past few years.
The same thing could be said about a massive market cap like gold. The primary investment thesis is that the base currencies Gold and BTC are trading against are debasing themselves every year. So there is no cap as long as that continues.
But its gains will be/have become less exponential.
Like others have said you need a P2P exchange but even those KYC. In the end, with P2P you won't know the person you're dealing with so you need an intermediary or platform to escrow. But then the intermediary/platform will require KYC. Best bet is to find IRL people who want to sell you crypto...
Problem is this is just a blog with no sources. And again to reiterate what others are saying: nothing really new here regardless.

If you only have $1 then you shouldn't be focused on trading...you should be focused on farming free crypto.
Go to any of those crypto questing sites and complete all of them. Only when you can build up your capital to at least a couple 100 bucks can you even think about trading. And even then...
Anybody notice the fractal from 2021? Break ATHs, generate liquidity exit and double top correction.
Think we see us range above $100K with bulls defending it but ultimately we lose and correct back down to low $90Ks and possibly further if fed pivots too late.
If you're sending on an exchange it depends on their affiliation. Binance prioritizes Tron/BNB network so their stablecoin transfers are dirt cheap. But the actual cheapest networks are Solana, SUI and some of the other new L1s.
All the legacy networks are much slower/more expensive.
