Add them on skype and provide some proof of earnings from other networks and get accepted easily :)

Depends on what you'r doing, sometimes you just need to clear cookies, sometimes you have to use proxies and vpns, and sometimes you can use more advanced methods like clearing registry keys changing PC names and stuff like running VM's and so on.

You have to backup everything manually if you didn't pay for backup on hosting site already, on some you can get it for free, but in your case if they said database is gone, then it's gone. :)
