Hard to tell. Before you could just go to the channel and if it plays ads then its monetized. But now youtube plays ads on non monetized channels too. Maybe. Just maybe...if that channel has 8min+ videos and this video has multiple ads (yellow bars in timeline) then its probably monetized. I...
