ehhh, it's probably better to start off with a CDN if you have a limited budget as it scales depending on usage. if you start by setting up dedicated servers you're gonna have a fixed cost while you are just beginning to get users.

This is why CDNs exist, not too familiar with ones that allow this type of content. BunnyCDN might be a good option as they seem to allow adult content.

I have had great success with using microworkers to rank the video, even ~150 searches from workers seem to boost it to top 3 for lower competition keywords.
