This is just where your engagements skills show up. You can try digging into Reddit and reposting trending news on your niche, might work out alright. Same with Instagram etc. Ripping content is kinda bad, but there is a way to use it.

Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, and Reddit should work the best for woman oriented niche. Twitter might require too much work. So I would choose those four, run some tests, concentrate on one and do the long-term building on other ones.
