Mostly, but it depends on the theme. Most themes use H1 for the title, but I have seen theme that uses H2 for the title. It's not hard to check it. If your theme uses H1 on the title, use H2/H3 on the body/content, don't use H1. At least that's how I use it.

So, if I understand this right, you create a spam blog with loads of auto content. redirect the traffic to a different domain monetized with adsense. It's a genuine question, does adsense 'okay' with redirect traffics?
