Ok, i purchased this but none of this is working for me, Its only downloading couple of images even though it shows that it scrapped over 100 images. None of the sites are working for me, is there an update on this tool to make it work again???

Any update on Orders# P1-00581, P4-001490 and P4-001491. Its been 5 weeks since i placed these orders. I haven't received any update or reports. Kindly look in to this. Thanks
