How many views do you get usually? if the account is pretty much new, it's not necessarily a shadowban. Might just have to improve your content and get used to the algorithm better.

I always tag my account when using mass DM service, it's safe and never had an issue with it besides few angry people dming you to stop "spamming them" since the bot might send the same message to the same person twice or more.

They don't last forever, sometimes few days, sometimes few weeks and can also take few months, from my experience.
