Options 1 and 2 are pretty easy. Just buy domain and type in the main email that you want all your emails to be forwarded to. Or google "cheap cpanel web hosting" and buy from a seller. All instructions are available online.
Only option 3 is hard.
I would suggest you buy a domain. Then either
1) Use email forwarding (namecheap has this for free)
2) Use the provider's email service (namecheap also has this, but it might be cheaper with another web host that has cPanel)
3) Make your own email server on a VPS (always takes me a few hours of...
Paypal will limit legit users too. Generally anything that doesnt have a tracking number puts your paypal at risk, that includes perfectly legit stuff like video game items and hosting services.
Either way, I have some paypals that got unlimited, so I'm not too worried about that anymore. Just...
A few weeks ago marked the 180d of a ban on one of my paypals, and the money is eligible to be withdrawn.
I want to convert it to bitcoin/crypto anonymously. I'm asking for advice - but I do NOT want offers of anyone to do this for me in exchange for taking a 'cut'. I'm not interested in giving...

Wasn't aware forex options existed - I only knew about stock/etf...
I've been trading for about a year now. First of all, be careful when trading crypto. When crypto is going 'sideways' it is essentially very hard to trade as there are wicks that will stop you out either way.
Second of all, you might want to look into 'naked forex'. There's a book by that name...
