Connections are usually more useful for networking because you can interact with them directly. Followers can still help you reach more people through your posts. The best choice depends on whether your main goal is networking or getting your content seen.
Posting often is not always enough to get more views. Make sure your posts are useful to the people you want to reach and check your stats to see what type of posts get the most views. Try changing one thing at a time and see what works.
For me, the main worry would be spending money without getting good results. I think checking the ads often and keeping the budget under control can help avoid that.
I don’t think 8–10 posts a day will automatically reduce reach. For a new account, I would start with fewer posts and see how the account responds. Good content and real engagement matter more than posting a lot.
