I had 85 posts with Video outside viewport and I removed all videos from the posts and waited for the errors to go way in GSC but it did nothing to my rankings.

Have you seen any improvements yet? I've edited probably 30 articles so far that used to rank at the top, removed all adsense on my site, made author links clickable with an about page, changed affiliate disclosure on top of each article from the standard Amazon to a more simple one, added a few...

The "Helpful Content Update" has nothing to do with your content so don't change anything. Just wait and see if your rankings slowly climbs back up while you update and posting new content. I've lost 70-80% traffic as well in this update and the websites ranking now in my niche are absolute...

Down probably 80%, most keywords that rank top 3 before can't even be found on second page. I don't see any traffic improvement yet. I use Adsense.

My site is 9 years old and tanked. What I see now in my niche is news sites and other big authority websites that are not really optimized for the keywords but still ranking.

Yeah I lost about 50% traffic so far, let's see what happens in the coming days/week.
