The thing is you have to actually BUY the good lists. Free public lists are always spammed to death in a matter of minutes (hence more or less useless for SERPs and only useful to index backlinks to your money site).

I have the same problem... I'm trying to learn SB a french blog platform which isn't very complicated but one thing : right before the submit button there's a "preview comment" button and SB "presses" it first when fastposting. Woud rock if we could learn it which button is the actual "submit...

Having no problems with it and haven't seen any pop-ups but the capchas windows (I enter them manually). It's not the most powerful tool out there but it does the job for me. You can grab a free version here ...
