definately agree with all points. Great plugin, and while its free the gold cart is $40 but well worth it as it unlocks some features everyone would want. For example the grid view (unless you know how to hack the plugin to let you use grid view) but then it probably wont be upgrade compatible...

If your contextual keyword density of the said keywords your trying to rank for, piled with having the keywords also in your H1 title or H2 titles, with it also in the permalink structure and meta included you should have a pretty good set up to begin building similarly anchored keyword...

I think if you use bluehost you can built it on a temp url they provide and when complete they will just move it over for you. GoDaddy I dont think offers that. I would supply them with all of the above mentioned and in the case of using specific plugins or a theme framework that supports...
