Last year I created a new account from a different city, public library computer, different name, didn't add anyone I know, never accessed it from my own city or home, YET the account still got shut down after 3 months. How will buying another account be any different?

Would I be able to create a BM from that new profile from my home, address, and computer without getting shut down? Also, if the account doesn't have my name on it, then it will be hard to justify adding some random account to the client.
