Update on my order. Link report received on day 15. Keywords have gone from not in the top 100 to position 64 and 65 for the 2 keywords I asked. One keyword is still not ranking. I have had some issues with my site but these links have definitely helped and they are good quality home page...

I ordered this service - 17th October for a brand new site - for the 3 KW i chose, 2 of them are on page 1 and the other is on page 2. There are a lot of other KWs i am now ranking for too. Around 170 links built according to Ahrefs so seems a decent volume and is getting the results i asked for...
