Exactly, it plays no role from where you upload. Things that can help your short go viral is the engagement.

TrafficJunky is pricey. You got to have a big budget to get any decent amount of clicks (and then hope that they convert). Popads might be easier to optimize.

There are so many, first that comes to my mind is Kadam. Just search on google, you will get the list faster then a reply on forums xd

For free it is nearly impossible to get any good traffic that can convert. I mean you could try building some social media pages in your products niche, and advertise through your social media bio. I would probably recommend to hustle for some money, save up, and then launch ads with some budget.
