I use Jarvee for this, can't stress how useful it is when targeting people, and it's on autopilot.

There can be alot of factors that can cause this, does your page look professional, does your jewerly/clothes actually look good etc. Are you advertising correctly and what group of people are you targeting, are questions I would have asked myself if I were in your shoes.
