I don't think these auto-spin, auto-post type of softwares really does the job they need to. They just damage your site imho.

I've used SEO Powersuite before, I don't know the latest versions but I was using it for google positions of my sniper sites, it was a pain the manually selecting each site, clicking update button and waiting the get the results. So it is not as automated as you would expected from such a tool...
