There is no real problem, unless you purposefully evade taxes. But with the right planning, and you are ok with travelling, it is possible to avoid most of your taxes.

It totally depends on what you want to do ;) If it's for asset protection, or running a business by only receiving wire transfers, then it's a great choice. But for getting really good merchant accounts, nope.
