One thing about Vagex.com is that if you are getting views on monetized videos they will shut your adsense account down for that. So do not monetize any video you are promoting on vagex.

Thats good advice. Good for you. I use a spinner to create a rewritten article. I feel its faster than starting on your own. You still need to track how much original content is in your article and this spinner is really good for that.

To answer your questions, in my opinion you want RSS feed subscribers. There is no telling who will be interested in clicking your ads and 1 things for sure its gonna be people interested in your topic. RSS subscribers are interested in your topic. Lets say you end up with lots of RSS...

I would recommend Fiverr also
