This a very good journey. Thanks for sharing it with us. Lots of really good ideas. You mention you use semrush for keyword research. Are you analysing each keyword for difficulty and other metrics? And how low do you go for volume?

Several years back, online accounts for a company were going for $$$. It were difficult to create and were selling costly. I have no tech background and going that way was silly... All the best. I would suggest to have more informational posts than buyer intent posts. There is a risk of getting flagged as a thin affiliate site if you have mostly buyer intent keywords. You can make your informational articles shorter like 1k or 1500 words.
