To answer your question: I can recommend one provider who I've had good experience with: sharedproxies.com For 1k accounts, 200 proxies may be enough, but make sure you wait a couple days before creating each batch.

HMA IPs are abused like nothing other. I really would not recommend them. Either go with private proxies, or for a bit cheaper, paid shared ones. I'm using sharedproxies.com ones and they work decently.

Well you'd have to get the XML feed of the top 10 or so videos from the YouTube API with PHP (or whichever server side language your site is using). Then display that content on your site...you wouldn't even need to have video embedded on there, for Google doesn't read videos, it loves text.

It depends whether that IP that Google (or any IP checking website) shows is your IP or the proxy's IP. To stay hidden, make sure you are always clearing cookies when you log in to different accounts on Twitter or sign up.

Yeah you're going to need either private proxies or paid shared proxies. I make Youtube accounts on the proxies I got from sharedproxies.com and they have no restrictions.

Free proxy lists really suck... Google are checking each time you log into your accounts and whether they are the same IP as the last you signed in. If not, a flag gets raised and your accounts are now in jeopardy. Therefore free proxies are not good, as the proxies die within days. Private or...

Basically, your accounts will get flagged and become ghosted or die if you use free proxies or HMA, since pretty much all of those IPs have been abused majorly. Use private proxies, or even shared proxies, they will work much better. At the moment, I use sharedproxies.c-o-m and had no issues at all.

Another vote for Rank Tracker, they have a free version that lasts forever but just can't save. Screenshot the results everyday you run it.
