Used this service and it was nice, however recently the prices for aged YT accounts 2016-2023 have increased from $1.50 to $2.00, and the PayPal is no longer accepted. While the price increase is understandable, the absence of PayPal is a deal breaker for me.

It won't be approved if it wasn't for 4 months. You have to create a new listing at this point, or try to add additional info to this one so Yelp managers can verify the legitimacy of your business. Did you link a website to your listing? What kind of business do you have?

Get them a Yelp listing. If you do it the smart way & the demand on Yelp in the area is good, you'll get the first customers within weeks.

Residential proxies would work. Sometimes. To be 100% sure go for 4G Mobile proxies + a solid anti-detect browser.
